EPE foam embosser

This  machine is mainly used for composting coning on PE foam sheet, PE film, aluminizing film and films able to stick with PE at certain temperature. Coning steel roll is heated up by hot oil.  Small spots and square are adopted as coning figure. Other figure also can be specified. Tractor roller is made of anti-high temperature rubber, and tr-acted by speed-regulating motor. The winder is a single-axial winder with torque motor, coning products are mainly used for package of Superior electrical appliances, glass, and ceramics products, etc.
