For sample and small batch order, we will purchase the MOQ of components.

For big batch,we will suggest clients to purchase them in reel to help clients save more money.

Q2:The components you provide are original or not?

That’s depend on your requirements.

If you require all components be original,we will follow it.

If it’s acceptable for some of the components to be not original,our engineer will recommend some alternative domestic cheaper components and send their specifications for you to check.

Q3:If I find the components you provide exist some quality issues，How you will do ?

Firstly we need you to send pictures or video to show the quality issues,then we will forward them to our quality control department.If we should be responsible for the problem,we will send new components instead immediately and bear the expense of freight charges.
