Optical Clear Liquid Silicone Rubber for Injection Molding   

Key Features and Advantages：

● light transmissivity（400nm） ≥ 92%.

● good heat stability.

● anti-yellowing.

● excellent stability and flexibility under low temperature.

● Suitable for injection molding.

● Hardness: 30-80 Shore A.

 

Typical Characteristic:

Test conditions: A:B=1:1 ,150℃/5min.

 

Production process:

A:B=1 : 1 for injection moulding , temperature of the mould is 110~170 ℃ .

 

Potential Applications：

Optical Clear LSR is applied to high optical property silicone rubber products, especially requiring such properties at light concentration and conduction, such as Bluetooth headset, LED, high transparency diving mask, solar energy components.

 

Packing：

Available in 18 kg/pail or 180 kg/drum.

 

Storage and Shelf life:

2 years, when kept in sealed package under room temperature, avoid sun exposure.
