Under long-term allowable tension, the strain of the optical fiber should not exceed 0.2%, and there should be no obvious additional attenuation of the optical fiber. Under short-term tension, the strain of the optical fiber should not exceed 0.4%, and there should be no obvious residual additional attenuation. The sheath should have no visible cracking.
