Tamper Evident Band Sleeve Applicator

XINHUA tamper evident band applicators can be integrated with various kinds of packaging lines such as small PET water bottles, glass wine bottles,5 gallon bucket etc.

The shrink label film for tamper evident band covers and wraps the bottle cap and neck area for a safety lock and seal.

The whole neck band sleeve application system includes shrink sleeve applicator, electric heat shrink tunnel and conveyors. The system can be either working independently or connecting to the filling production line. The speed is up to 600bpm depending on different layflat width and height of the shrink label film.
