The high frame rate SWIR Camera core features a high-performance InGaAs focal plane array (FPA) with integrated TEC cooling. It offers 640 x 512 resolution with a 15μm pixel pitch and a spectral response from 0.9μm to 1.7μm. The thermoelectric cooling ensures stable operation within an optimal temperature range, significantly reducing readout noise. Built with an integrated, modular design, the core supports Camera Link video output for seamless system integration.
