SDI SWIR Module

The Short-Wave Infrared (SWIR) module utilizes an InGaAs focal plane detector with TEC cooling. It features a 640x512 resolution with a 15μm pixel pitch and a spectral response range of 0.9μm to 1.7μm. The integrated TEC cooling ensures the detector operates within an optimal temperature range, further reducing readout noise. Designed with an integrated and modular approach, the unit is characterized by high sensitivity, compact size, lightweight, and low power consumption. It supports SDI and PAL video output interfaces, making it easy for customers to integrate and use.

Dual RS422 communication interfaces;
Manual and automatic exposure control;
Horizontal, vertical, and diagonal image mirroring;
Manual and automatic gain adjustment;
Integrated image processing algorithms: Adaptive Non-Uniformity Correction (NUC), image filtering, image enhancement, and adaptive HDR;
Black-hot and white-hot polarity switching;
Reticle (crosshair) overlay function;
Bad pixel (blind pixel) correction;
Test pattern generation, including checkerboard and grayscale patterns;
Core status monitoring and query functions
